A Note from the director
Dear St. James/OLL Families & Visitors,
Welcome to St. James & Our Lady of the Lake/Mt. Carmel Religious Education located in Carmel, NY. Our Parish Religious Education Program serves hundreds of students in grades 1 through 8 in the Carmel and surrounding areas.
Faith is primarily learned in the home and it is the parent’s responsibility to pass the faith along to their children. We are here to help assist in that, by administering the Sacraments, build the parish community, and provide wholesome Catholic resources in order to build a stronger Domestic Church.
This website is created and designed by the Director of the program as the ultimate portal of information and communication to developing lifelong disciples of Christ in our St. James community. We love the families and youth of our parish and it is our duty and calling to be here to help make the faith come alive for all!
