PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FIRE LANES OR BLOCK THE FLOW OF TRAFFIC. DOING SO WILL CAUSE OUR SAFETY/MAITENANCE TEAM TO FORCE TO MOVE YOU OR WORST CASE, CONTACT THE POLICE FOR VIOLATION. We hold the right to do this for the safety of our program.
All grades in both the school building and religious education center can be dropped off directly at their the classroom, or the building entrance (side door for the school or main door for REC). As a parent, it is important to decide which is the safer for dropping off your child depending on age. Staff is always available in either building, and you may often see the director running across the parking lot to ensure all people are arriving safely.
Pick up is most important. Please try your best to be on time picking your child up. If you are running late, we suggest calling us and giving us a heads up so that our staff or volunteer can wait with your child. If you are late, we automatically walk any waiting student over to the REC Lobby, where our office is. If you do not see your child at the usual pick up spot, please call us or come to our office next.
Procedures:
Grades 2-5 in the REC (Monday & Wednesday 4:30):
Students will be walked to the lobby for pick up by their catechist
Grades 6-7 in the REC
Students will be released and meet parents in lobby/lot for pick up
Grades 2-5 in the School Building (Saturdays & Tuesdays)
Students MUST be picked up at the classroom doors INSIDE the school
Grade 8 in Doherty Hall
Students will be released and meet parents in the lot for pick up
No student will be picked up by someone other than those who you designate on your registration form. If you must update or add any additional adults/family for pick up, please call or email us. This is for safety purposes.
